Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Belleville, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 12, 2022, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. Estimated Budget 1.6 million. New Mechanical Building with ADA compliant restroom, Slide Complex Surge Tank, Pump Pit with staircase and associated Architectural, Structural, M. E. P., site civil infrastructure and landscape. Project includes construction of slide complex water reclamation apron, patron queuing, concrete and deck pathways. Contractor shall include complete mechanical filtration system and associated pumps and piping as shown in the contract plans and specifications. The Owner has pre-purchased the slide. Contactor will be responsible for the construction of the Slide Complex infrastructure of concrete columns and footings.
