Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be addressed to the Two Bridges Sewerage Authority and delivered at the place and hour mentioned above. Envelope or Package must be clearly endorsed and marked, BID FOR POLYALUMINUM CHLORIDE. Bidder must be registered with the State of New Jersey at time of the award of contract. Bidders will be required to present a copy of their Business Registration Certificate (BRC). Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities on the bids therein, in accordance with applicable laws.
