Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oldsmar, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project number 2022-005-ITB Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, hardware, and incidentals to complete the Work associated with the Harbor Palms Infrastructure Project Phase 3. The major elements of this Contract include the construction of new water mains including service connections and other appurtenances, replacement and upgrades to sidewalks and roadways, and upgades and rehabilitation of stormwater elements as shown on the Technical Drawings. Work includes directionally drilling of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and open cutting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water mains, valves, and fittings; milling and resurfacing and full depth reconstruction of existing asphalt roads; pouring of concrete curb, gutters, driveways, and sidewalks; installation of new stormwater pipes as directed on the Technical Drawings; grouting and filling of all abandoned piping; and providing signs and thermoplastic street markings.
