Supply all labor, equipment, and material to change all four (4) backwash tanks, each 17.5 cuft size, filter media from sand filtration to activated filter media or approved equalglass filtration. Removal of current sand media in filter tanks (4) and then replace with glass media, in accordance with activated filter media loading guidelines. Internal inspection of the filter tanks, replacement of laterals if needed, replacement of filter air relief, install manway gasket and filter start-up.
