Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this
contract, in accordance with specifications & drawings to complete Project 676-21-704 (EHRM CON) Install NextGen Wifi
at the Tomah VA Hospital, Tomah, WI 54460. All Work shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days
after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Project Magnitude Range: $45,000 to $100,000.00.

This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Firms (SB).
In accordance with VAAR 819.7003, at the time of submission of bid and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must
represent to the contracting officer that it is a - (1) SB eligible under subpart VAAR 819.7003(b); (2) Small
