Hydraulic modelling, flood inundation mapping, flood hazard mapping, and summary reporting are the main deliverables of the study, but the scope of work includes the following tasks: (1) survey and base data collection, (2) open water hydrology assessment, (3) open water hydraulic modelling, (4) open water flood inundation mapping, (5) design flood hazard mapping, (6) reporting and documentation, (7) project management, and (8) engagement support and revisions. Important Note: All technical work and reporting must be completed by September 30, 2023. Municipal review and public engagement of reports and flood maps are expected to be completed by AEP between October 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024. The successful consultant will be expected to support this engagement and undertake required revisions to modelling, mapping, and reporting products to address feedback in the last six months of the project.
