Furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and performing all Work for the Apartment Flooring Replacement to the Daniel Towers & Alice V. Tomaso Plaza, project All site visits shall be scheduled prior to arriving to the site. Subcontractors, manufacturers, and material suppliers should obtain information and review the Bidding Documents by contacting potential Bidders. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than percent of the bid total, payable to the OWNER, all in accordance with the provisions contained in the Bidding Documents. All materials, supplies, parts, etc. must be American made as per the Buy American Requirement of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. OWNER reserves its rights to waive any informality or deficiency in any Bid, to accept any Bid, to negotiate modifications of any Bid with any Bidder and accept any modified Bid, to reject any Bid, to reject all Bids, and to rebid the Project, all at the OWNER's sole discretion. Provide all necessary flooring, including, but not limited to, demoltion of existing flooring, wall base, etc. 2. Install new flooring, but not limited to, installation of carpet, luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, adhesives, floor patching, wall base, etc. 3. Provide leveling compound and flash patching as required for level floors for new finishes. 4. Where indicated remove existing wall base and patch wall as required for new base installation. 5. Obtain all necessary coordinate and orchestrate appropriate notices, as may be required. 6. Demolish and dispose legally offsite all specified materials to be removed but not limited to carpet, vinyl, cove base, etc.. 7. Dispose legally offsite all excess materials. 8. All wood cove base in apartment at Daniel Towers are to remain. Kitchen and bathroom cove base shall be changed as specified. 9. All cove base in apartments at Alice Tomaso Plaza must be replaced at the time of floor replacement.
