Ridge Road and Village Circle Traffic Signalization Any questions prior to bid submittal should be directed to Shawn Mellies, P.E., Project Engineer, at (316) 268-4632 or smellieswichita.gov. The work on this project shall be completed within 50 (fifty) working days from the date of beginning work and in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications. Working days will be charged as provided for in the Standard Specifications, once the work order is issued. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed. A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond is Required Prior to Bid Opening
