Site work and paving for a civil project in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
There will be no pre-bid conference. Bidder questions must be submitted by email to the Engineer by one week prior to bid date. The City reserves the right to refuse to award the project to a prospective bidder if the bidder is in default for any of the following reasons: a. Failure to comply with any prequalification regulations of the City, if such regulations are cited, or otherwise included, in the proposal as a requirement for bidding. b. Failure to pay, or satisfactorily settle, all bills due for labor and materials on former contracts in force with the City at the time the City issues the proposal to a prospective bidder. c.
