Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive SOQs from qualified Architect/Engineering (A/E) Firms to; assess needs, perform programming, update current SD building 1 and civil drawings and provide a cost estimate by January 31, 2023. After approval of the SD/estimate the A/E will then proceed to develop DD/CD drawings and cost estimates. This new building (Building 1) will house GUC's Human Resources, Risk/Safety group, Information Technology and provide a training space that can accommodate up to 500 people. Previous programming had placed Building 1 at approximately 62,000 square feet consisting of 2 floors. Box 1847, Greenville, NC 27835 or E-mailed to malvarvm@guc.com no later than August 30, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. local time After the screening of SOQs, shortlisted Firms may be given additional information for interviews. These interviews will relate less to the past experience and qualifications already detailed in the submittal than to identification of the Firm's program approach and to an appraisal of the people who would be directly involved in the project. The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
