City of Alliance, Nebraska Miscellaneous Distribution Upgrade Projects Sealed Proposals for the Construction, Including the Supply of Necessary Labor, Equipment, and Material for the Municipal Electric Project of City of Alliance, Nebraska, (Hereinafter Called the "owner") to Be Known as the Miscellaneous Distribution Upgrade Projects The Project Will Consist of Furnishing Labor, Material, and Equipment for the Construction of Approximately 1.5 Miles of 12.47 Kv, Three-phase Distribution Line. This Includes Removal of the Existing 12.47 Kv, Threephase Distribution Line. Commencement is to Begin on or Before June 5, 2023, and Be Completed by July 28, 2023. The Project is Located in Box Butte County in the State of Nebraska, in the City of Alliance, Ne. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in Form Attached or a Certified Check of a Bank That is a Member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Payable to the Order of the Owner, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Maximum Bid Price. The Owner Will Award the Contract to the Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest and Best Proposal or, at Its Sole Discretion, May Reject Any or All Proposals. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond With Sureties Listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a Penal Sum Not Less Than the Total Contract Price.
