Site work for a power facility in Plainview, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The Project will consist of contracted labor for the construction of the Plainview Phase 1 Rebuild Distribution Line. This distribution line will consist of the construction of approximately 0.43 miles of 7.2 KV, single-phase distribution, 0.44 miles of 12.47 KV, two-phase distribution and1.14 miles of 12.47 KV, three-phase distribution. Additionally, this project consists of the removal of approximately 1.053 miles of 2.4 KV, single-phase distribution and 0.03 miles of 4.16 KV, three-phase distribution line. Construction is to commence on October 3, 2022, and to be complete by February 28, 2023. The project is located in Pierce County, in the town of Plainview, Nebraska. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in form attached or a certified check of a bank that is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the order of the District, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price. The District will award the contract to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest and best proposal or, at its sole discretion, may reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond with sureties listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a penal sum not less than the total contract price.
