Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Bayard, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,394-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 5,578-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Construction will include construction of a new entrance addition and storm shelter, an office addition, renovation of the existing building, all new lighting, replacement of flooring, painting of all walls. The Owner is also contracting separately for exhibit construction and installation to occur towards the end of the work under this Contract. This Contract will include work related to the exhibit installation that includes providing of floor boxes in the gallery area, blocking in walls, rough openings in walls for exhibits, beyond the work identified in the Bid Documents.
