Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Bayard, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Owner anticipates that the Project's Estimated Cost of the Work will be approximately $ 2.35 million. The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: Construction of improvements to rehabilitate and modernize the Project's diversion facilities, including replacement of the existing diversion weir and canal control structures with new water control infrastructure and associated site improvements to restore reliable operation; preconstruction services including project management, design review, construction planning, cost estimating and cost management, schedule development, constructability reviews, risk management, quality planning, safety planning, procurement planning, and preparation of Construction Price and Guaranteed Maximum Price proposals; and procurement services for solicitation, evaluation, and recommendation of subcontractors and suppliers for Work Packages. Construction of improvements to rehabilitate and modernize diversion facilities, including replacement of a stepped concrete weir with a new sheet pile weir and riprap, removal of check and diversion structures, installation of slide gates and overshot gates, temporary flow diversion, dewatering, earthwork, concrete structure, grading, site restoration, testing, and commissioning.
