Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Franklin Square, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reconstruction of 2 adjoining Commercial Parking Fields located in Franklin Square, N.Y. New storm water drainage structures and pipe to supplement existing. Full depth asphalt pavement reconstruction. New concrete ramps. New lighting. The Town of Hempstead reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Federal equal opportunity and labour standards are applicable for all work performed under this Contract. Minority owned, women owned and disabled veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. In accordance with Town policy, if the amount bid exceeds $250,000.00, the bidder on this project must have an Apprenticeship Program(s) in effect pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Code of the Town of Hempstead, appropriate for the type and scope of work to be performed, approved by the New York State Commissioner of Labour. Failure to have said Apprenticeship Program(s) in place at bid submittal will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive.
