Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,360-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Project consists of enclosing covered outdoor area for use as a storage space. Additional work consists of installing a reduced pressure backflow preventer between boiler room and City domestic water service. Enclose covered outdoor space for conversion into an enclosed storage space, including necessary demolition, electrical and mechanical scopes, rolling overhead door, personnel door, window, new walls and if needed concrete floor, tie into existing building and roof structure. Install reduced pressure backflow preventer as required by BES. Scopes complete as per plans and specifications prepared by Emerick Architects, included in this solicitation. The site will be occupied and the work must be coordinated in advance with Owner's Project Manager.
