Site work for a water / sewer project in Glenwood, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid date postponed until a future date. The Project includes the following Work: construction of new emergency back-up well complete with building, foundations, painting, piping, valving, water main connections, fire hydrant, grading, seeding, crushed rock driveway, and misc. appurtenances. CDs and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. iquidated damages of $250.00 per calendar day will be assessed for work not completed within the designated contract term
