The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: The complete interior renovation of dwelling no . 4 including all finishes, the replacement of doors, windows, electrical and mechanical equipment according to the plans and specifications. The accommodation is already empty. The work will be carried out in a multi-unit building of three (3) floors and basement, comprising six (6) units. The building was built in 1989, the structure is wooden, the exterior brick facing and the flat roof. Apartment no . 4 will be empty during the work and the other apartments will be occupied . 2. Duration of work According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around October 2022 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM.
