Site Directions: McNeil Island, Lowery Point, Still Harbor, 47.216722 N lat / -122.657692 W long The Lowery Point Groin Removal project consists of site preparation, debris and concrete beach outfall pipe removal, and cleanup of the project site on the marine tidelands at Lowery Point on McNeil Island. The site is only accessible by barge from the water. Est. Completion Date: Feb. 15, 2023 Late arrivals will miss the transportation. The visit will occur from approximately 9am-12:40pm. Contractors shall be responsible for bringing a driver's license. Contractors will be required to have a background check run by the Washington State Department of Corrections. If Contractor fails the background check they may not be able to attend the pre-bid meeting. Contractor will need to input their full name, gender, date of birth, and full social security number into an online system to run the background check. Please do not provide this personal information to DNR. DNR will provide instructions to the Contractor once they have RSVP'd on how to complete the background check. Contractor will need to fill out the online background check by 5PM on August, 30, 2022. If this information is not received in time Contractor cannot attend the pre-bid meeting.
