For Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Bisulfite for the treatment of wastewater at the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Plant for a period beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023. All bids must remain open for a period of 45 calendar days after November 8, 2022. Orders for delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite will be made approximately every 4 to 6 weeks during the term of the contract, and delivery must be made within five (5) calendar days thereafter. Deliveries require off loading with truck air, as plant air is not available. Trucks must be equipped with 2 cam lock fittings for unloading. Orders for delivery of Sodium Bisulfite will be placed with the successful bidder approximately every 6 to 8 weeks during the term of the contract, and delivery must be made within five (5) calendar days thereafter. Deliveries require off loading with truck air, as plant air is not available. Trucks must be equipped with 2 cam lock fittings for unloading. One bid is intended to be awarded for each separate chemical. Prices for either chemical will not increase during the contract period. Each contract may be extended for an additional 12-month period at the mutual agreement of both parties. The Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids, to accept other than the low bid if it appears to be in the best interests of the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority.
