Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington, (referred to herein as "District") as required by State of Washington RCW 39.80, is requesting statements of qualifications and a list of references from architectural and engineering professional services firms, to assist the District in work for the 2023 calendar year. Professional service needs, or area of work, in addition to those described under RCW 39.80 include: 1) Arc Flash; 2) Architectural Services; 3) Cost of Services Studies/Rates; 4) Energy Efficiency/Conservation; 5) Engineering - Civil; 6) Engineering - Feasibility; 7) Engineering - Electric Generation; 8) Engineering - Geotechnical; 9) Engineering - Substation Electrical Systems; 10) Engineering - Transmission & Distribution Systems; 11) Environmental Consulting; 12) Grant Writing; 13) Hydropower - FERC Project Engineering; 14) Hydropower - FERC Dam Safety; 15) Hydropower - Turbine Engineering Analysis; 16) Hydropower - Bathymetric Survey; 17) Industrial Electrical Systems; 18) NERC Reliability Standard Compliance; 19) Project/Construction Management; 20) SCADA; 21) Security - Physical; 22) Smart Grid; 23) Solar; 24) SPCC; and 25) Surveying & Right-of-Way Acquisition. All professionals interested in providing any of the services listed above are invited to submit an application, a statement of qualifications and a list of references. As the need arises, the District shall evaluate such application information, and thereafter conduct discussions with one or more qualified professionals.
