Work Consists of Centrifuge Polymer, that will be used as a dewatering aide for dewatering blended sludge consisting of primary and thickened waste activated sludge s ranging in concentration between 3.0% - 7.0% for a 12-month period that is anticipated to begin on November 1, 2022 and ending October 31, 2023. The contract may be extended for an additional 12-month period at the mutual agreement of both parties. Performance for the Centrifuge Polymer is required to average 22% TS Cake or higher and 0.6% TS Centrate or lower in the daily field test. Bidders must be conduct a jar test and a subsequent 8-hour full-scale performance test prior to the bid opening date. The low bid will be determined based on the lowest cost per dry ton of dewatered sludge. All bids must remain open for a period of 30 calendar days after the 12th day of October, 2022. The Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive the informalities, and to contract as the best interest of the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority may appear.
