RESA Building 4731 Old Hwy. 5 South. Ellijay, GA 30540 A. Guarantee of consistent pricing with rates and pricing formula defined in contract B. Contractshall be valid for a period of one year and may, at the discretion of both parties, be extended withoutfurther bidding. C. Contractshall guarantee availability to Gilmer County School System as long as the vendor has access to any supply. This guarantee shall also apply during times of disaster and national shortage. D. Vendor selected shall Prep roof and replace with selected choice ofmaterial by GCSS. E. Vendor shall clean up and haul away all debris and material left on lots from Roof Replacement. F. Selected Vendor shall commence described above and complete clean up within 90 days of awarded contract G. Selected Vendor will also be responsible for any permits required by the city and county. H. Vendor shall also be responsible for locating all utilities on property before commencement of Roof Replacement begins. 1. Remove gravel, spray foam,& built-up roof system down to existing tectum deck and properly dispose of 2. Remove 2 skylights and 10 roofturbines and deck over holes 3. nstall 1" insulation with fast adhesive or equal. 4. Install a new Carlisle 60ml EPDM roof, fully adhered. 5. Install new brown drip edge. 6. Flash roof top penetrations per Carlisle specifications 1. Complete steps 1 & 2 from above. 2. Install a 4 Ply build up roof with smooth glaze finish. 1. Install a Truss/Metal Roof.
