Renovation of an educational facility in East Ellijay, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Clean metal roof by applying rustoff 1-20 solution oxide film remover and pressure wash in preparation for roof coating. Replace stripped or missing fasteners with larger neoprene grommeted screws. Apply base quote at a rate of 1.75 gallon per 200 lin. ft on all panel laps. Apply seam sealer to all horizontal seams,flashings, and penetrations. All exposed fasteners will be coated with seam sealer. Repair all faulty or weak seams with Polyester reinforcement Apply base coat at a rate of 1.5gal/sqft after all prep work is completed. Finish top coat total roof area to be coated with white 901 Acrylic Topcoat at a rate of 1/1 gallons per 100 sqft. ( 2-coats ] Notice is hereby given that the Gilmer County School System will receive sealed bids on or before Thursday, October 13,2022 at 1:00 P.M. for coating ofapproximately 30,986 sqft of metal roof. Restoration/Coating of Gilmer County High School Gym Roof.
