Remodeling of a municipal facility in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Reviewing the growth plan for Town departments and analyzing the use of space in the Civic Center building and joint Facility building will help identify inefficiencies and best optimize the use of current facilities. The purpose of the space study and remodel will be to provide an easy to navigate layout for residents and space for departments to meet the expanding needs of the community. As of August 19, 2022, project is included City of Prescott Valley FY 2022-2023 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
