Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
These improvements consists of new LED ballfield lights for the soccer and baseball field at Antelope Park and the completion of the pickleball court funded through impact fees. Additionally, a new prefabricated restroom will be installed and funded through ARPA funds. This will provide a more refined facility and increased capacity which will support the many amenities and new additions that have been added to Antelope Park in recent years. As of August 30, 2022, this project is included in the City of Prescott Valley FY 2022-2027 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
