Village Way Offsite Force Main Bungalows on Village Way SPE LLC is seeking bids for the construction of the OFFSITE DUAL FORCE MAIN PLAN, FOR BUNGALOWS ON VILLAGE WAY. In general, the work involves construction of the VILLAGE WAY OFFSITE FORCE MAIN, to include installation of approximately 11,426 feet of dual 6-inch HDPE force main, and related appurtenances, from the Village Way Lift Station (bid under separate cover) to the outfall located along Aztec Drive, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond, for ten percent of the amount of the bid included, in the bid proposal; as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal, in accordance with plans and specifications. Bungalows reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of Bungalows, and the Town of Prescott Valley. All questions by bidders must be submitted by end of day Wednesday January 11,2023. Questions shall be submitted by email to kpaulin@hilgartwilson.com. A final addendum addressing outstanding questions will be issued the morning of January 12, 2023.
