Description of Services: This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide janitorial services with enhanced cleaning to be done two times per week. Term of Service: The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on September 30, 2023 with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion.
