This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the Owner) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design, Supply and Installation of Outdoor Marquee Signage. The Town of Newmarket is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to design, supply and install outdoor LED signs to replace current signs at various Town facilities locations, including the removal and disposal of the existing signs. - Location 1: Municipal Offices, 395 Mulock Drive - Location 2: Magna Centre, 800 Mulock Drive - East Side Marquee and West Side Marquee (two signs at this location) - Location 3: Riverwalk Commons, 200 Doug Duncan Drive - Location 4: Ray Twinney Recreation Complex, 100 Eagle Street W - The exterior signage system shall consist of LED panels in aluminum enclosures. All dimensions, details, materials, and design of signage shall be shown in the drawings and specifications. No alterations or substitutions shall be permitted without express approval of the Town. - Proponents shall clearly indicate the power requirements of each LED sign. - All exterior signage shall be provided by a single manufacturer. - The player is to be housed inside the sign casing with complete waterproofing. - Removal and disposal of existing signs.
