Renovation of a municipal facility in Zurich, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Municipality of Bluewater is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders to provide the supply and installation of 19 windows and the removal of existing windows at the Hay Town Hall in Zurich, Ontario (10 Victoria Street). The project includes repairs to windowsills, brickwork, and interior repairs. The Hay Town Hall was built in 1890 and is an important part of Bluewater's heritage. This RFP has a budget of $63,000 (before tax) for the replacement of all windows, windowsills, repairs, required brickwork and mobilization. The Municipality of Bluewater understands that there are different options in how the windows can be replaced, and as a result is open to proposals. Interested proponents must contact Becky McInnis, Administrative Assistant to receive an electronic copy of the RFP. All questions or inquiries must be made in writing (e-mail) to the Manager of Facilities named below, by no later than 12 pm on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
