Yamhill County, Oregon invites sealed Competitive Quotes from qualified proposers to provide county highway striping services. The solicitation requirements are set forth in Part III of the Competitive Quote Package. The County intends to enter into a binding contractual agreement with one vendor for County highway striping services. Supplemental terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable to all vendors unless expressly provided elsewhere herein. This notice and the attached documents described below constitute a Competitive Quote Package necessary for competing for the award of an agreement. The Competitive Quote Package contains this notice and the following parts Part I Call for Competitive Quotes Part II Instructions to Proposers Part III Requirements Part IV Statement of work Part V Competitive Quote If, following submission of this signed Competitive Quote Package, Yamhill County accepts the proposers offer, then the proposers signed Competitive Quote package together with Yamhill Countys acceptance shall form the legally binding contractual agreement between the parties.
