Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,928-square-foot municipal facility; for the addition of a 2,420-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
From experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors (CM/GC) to rehabilitate two existing structures, (approximately 2,677 and 2,251 square feet respectively) and build a new addition (approximately 2,420 square feet) joining the two structures as an emergency low barrier shelter and supportive services facility, commonly known as a Navigation Center for people who are houseless in McMinnville, Oregon. The CM/GC firm that is selected will be providing services during the design and construction phases of the project. It is the intent of City of McMinnville to enter into a contract with the selected CM/GC firm, which will include stipulated fee percentage and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the entire scope of the work Any questions may be directed to Jody Christensen, Community Development Special Projects Manager at at Jody.Christensen@mcminnvilleoregon.gov.
