Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Resolute, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement in Resolute Bay, Nunavut for Demolition Contractor Services for Resolute Bay Staff House Demolition. The project involves demolition and disposal of an abandoned residential staff house at Resolute Bay, Nunavut. Work on this Contract comprises demolition and disposal of the abandoned Staff house in Resolute Bay, Nunavut. The building is located on Lot 37, Block 2, Plan LTO 1381. The single storey building is a wood frame bungalow and is approximately 8m x 16m (26' x 52'). Disposal also includes the removal of debris and abandoned materials outside of the house and situated on the lot. An Environmental Site Assessment was undertaken and no hazardous materials were found to be present, other than mould on the inside of the building. Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated between $100,001 > $ 250,000 Documents can be obtained from www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders
