Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Resolute, Nunavut. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Design/Build of six (6) multiplex residential buildings in six Nunavut communities for the Nunavut Housing Corporation. 1. Scope 1 (Resolute Bay and Pond Inlet): a. Resolute Bay: Provide a two-storey 10-plex building consisting of three (3) onebedroom units, four (4) two-bedroom units and three (3) three-bedroom units. The site is served by piped (utilidor) water and wastewater services. b. Pond Inlet: 12-plex building consisting of five (5) one-bedroom units, four (4) twobedroom units and three (3) three-bedroom units. The site is served by trucked water and wastewater services. 2. Scope 2 (Pangnirtung and Kinngait): a. Pangnirtung: Provide a two-storey 10-plex building consisting of three (3) one-bedroom units, four (4) two-bedroom units and three (3) three-bedroom units. The site is served by trucked water and wastewater services. b. Kinngait: Provide a two-storey 10-plex building consisting of three (3) one-bedroom units, four (4) two-bedroom units and three (3) three-bedroom units. The site is served by trucked water and wastewater services. 3. Scope 3 (Kugluktuk): a. Kugluktuk: Provide a two-storey 12-plex building consisting of five (5) one-bedroom units, four (4) two-bedroom units and three (3) three-bedroom units. The site is served by trucked water and wastewater services. 4. Scope 4 (Coral Harbour): a. Coral Harbour: Provide a two-storey 12-plex building consisting of five (5) one-bedroom units, four (4) two-bedroom units and three (3) three-bedroom units. The site is served by trucked water and wastewater services. TIMELINE: The Proposals for design/Build contractor was cancelled due to budgetary constraint. Project will not be re-tendered. Coverage of this project is discontinued.
