Electrical Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of a 16kVA APC SYMSTRF UPS following all local and state requirements for disposal. Electrical Contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and the start up a 16kVA APC Symmetra LX SYA16K16P UPS. All work to be performed during an outage at night after normal business hours. -Class A Virginia Electrical License required. The Contractor must maintain, as a minimum, the following insurance policies at the time the work commences and maintain those or greater coverage's during the entire term of the contract. The Contractor shall purchase and maintain at all times such insurance as will protect it and the Commission (who shall be named as additional Insured, except for Workers' Compensation) from claims resulting from the Contractor's operations under the Contract, whether such operations be by the Contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of the subcontractors, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable: Workers' Compensation in statutory amounts Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate Automobile Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence Excess Liability in an amount not less than $5,000,000 Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the Commission shall be filed with the Commission prior to commencement of any services and kept current thereafter. These Certificates shall contain a provision that coverage afforded under the policies will not be canceled or terminated without at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Commission.
