As of September 07, 2022, this project did not receive any bids but a new bid date has not been established. Scope of Work Site: County Park Lane Independence, VA 24348 Grayson County Parks and Recreation is seeking a licensed and insured contractor to complete the repair and staining to the exterior of all structures within the Grayson County Recreation Park. This includes: Area of Field 1 and 2 1 press box/concessions stand 2 small 10'x6'shelters 1 large shelter area 1 large maintenance shed Area of Shelters 1 and 2: 2 large shelters 1 small shelters Office Area: Office building, including deck 1 large maintenance shed Pool Building Exterior of pool building Interior of guard space and concessions space Interior of restrooms and shower areas. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive all minor technicalities, informalities, and irregularities. In accordance with Va. Code Section 2.2-4302.1 the County will award the contract to the lowest bidder deemed fully responsible and responsive to the Invitation to Bid.
