Background: The Grayson County Pool was originally constructed in 1980. The pool has been maintained and painted numerous times with pool grade paint. Scope of Work (pool surface): Grayson County staff will drain and clear pool area. Grayson County is under no obligation to award this project to the Proposer offering the lowest fee if such offeror is not deemed to be a fully qualified responsible bidder or if the Bid does not conform to the bidding criteria so as to be fully responsive.
