August 24, 2022 - Last date to submit questions to District The Coastside Fire Protection District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified landscaping contractors to complete a relandscaping project at Fire Station 40 located at 1191 Main Street in Half Moon Bay, California. The successful proposer will be asked to remove and replace the existing irrigation system and plant materials at Station 40. Plans for the new inigation system and plant installation are attached to this RFP. The District seeks to retain an individual or firm to remove the existing irrigation system and landscaping at Station 40, to dispose of this material, and to then install a new irrigation system and plant material as shown in Attachment A. When submitting this response, proposers should provide the following information: 1. Total price for services with cost breakdown showing the estimated cost of material, labor, and disposal fees. 2. Schedule for completion and information on amount of lead time needed in order to procure the irrigation system components and plant material for the project. 3. Experience with similar projects completed in the last five years and whether or not any of these projects were done for public entities. 4.
