As of April 17, 2023, project was awarded to Dryco Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $490,348.20. In general, this project includes preventative pavement maintenance including, but not limited to, base repairs, crack sealing, and slurry seal. Additional scope of work includes the installation of Class II and III bike lanes along the corridor, additional striping, signage, and more. the work is to be complete with in a period of 40 working days. unless otherwise agreed upon after issuance of the notice to proceed. All bids must include a bidders bond or certified for a least ten 10 percent of the total bid price including any additive items. bonds or securities assuring faithful performance and payment for labor and materials in an amount of at least one hundred 100 percent of contract amount, and insurance policies as required and the contract documents shall be furnished to the city upon execution of the contract.
