The Town of Stoughton is issuing a Request for Proposal for a Correlation Leak Detection Survey and On-Call Leak Detection Services. The survey will cover approximately 126 miles of the Town's water distribution system. The goal is to reduce un-accounted for water by pinpointing and reporting leaks in the water distribution system. On-Call Leak Detection Services will include pipe location and leak detection established by necessity from the Water and Sewer Superintendent or designee. The Town requires the contractor maintain a telephone call back service available to the Town on a Twenty-Four (24) hours per day basis, seven (7) days per week, 365 days a year for the duration ofthis contract. The contractor must be able to be on site within two (2) hours of notification for emergency services. One award will be issued to one contractor for one-year with two (2) one (1) year renewals issued solely on the Towns recommendations. A register of received proposal will be made available. The Town of Stoughton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposal when it is in the Towns best interest to do so.
