The City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering design services to prepare bid documents (plans, specifications, and engineer's estimate - PS&E) for public works bidding of pavement maintenance and rehabilitation construction contracts to support the City's Annual Street Pavement Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program. The requested engineering design services involve preliminary engineering, detailed design, bidding and award support, and construction support. The agreement shall be to provide engineering design services in support of two (2) annual pavement maintenance and rehabilitation construction contracts: one to be constructed in 2023, and the other to be constructed in 2024.
