The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter "City") is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation services of AIRVAC 911 Engine Exhaust Removal System at various Santa Clara Fire Stations, in support of the Santa Clara Fire Department. The City has plans for each of the Fire Stations available upon request. Please contact the procurement contact listed for this bid. This bid is broken into two packages as specified below. Bidders are encouraged to submit a bid for one or both packages. The City will award each package to the lowest responsive bidder of each package. Package A - AIRVAC 911 Engine Exhaust Removal System. The City is soliciting bids for the purchase of AIRVAC 911 Engine Exhaust Removal Systems. Refer to Attachment 1 for requirements. Package B - The City is soliciting bids for Installation services for AIRVAC 911 Engine Exhaust Removal System at various City fire stations. Refer to Attachment 1 for requirements for installation services. The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.
