This project is set aside as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The associated size standard for this procurement is $16.5 million. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204. (f) While attendance to the site visit is not mandatory, offerors are urged to inspect the site where work is to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions which may affect the cost of performance of the contract, to the extent, such information is reasonably obtainable. Offerors should visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the work, and the general and local conditions which can affect the work or the cost thereof. Failure to do so shall not relieve Offerors from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The Government shall assume no responsibility for any understanding or representations concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the solicitation, the specifications, or related documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
