The City of Las Vegas ("Owner") hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor ("Applicants"), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the Centennial Hills Pump Trax and Dirt Jump Park Project ("Project"). Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin May 2023 and construction is anticipated to begin March 2024, with estimated completion March 2025.
