Questions Deadline: 12/29/2022 03:00 PM (PT) Contact: Melannie Bledsoe @ bledsoem@rtcsnv.com It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders to remove, replace, and install HVAC systems in various locations throughout the RTC owned bus maintenance facilities. This project is 80% federally funded. The RTC has established a mandatory DBE goal 13.1% Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the RFP response and document submission. The RTC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
