Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Emergency Replacement of 2 HVAC Units • Demo and remove two (2) old Trane 20-ton package units from roof with crane. • Remove two (2) old, rusted roof curb covers. 16-gauge metal type. • Remove rusted mounting springs and steel from roof curb. • Set two (2) new American Standard 20-ton gas heat package units (GBC240A3ELB0000) in place on new roof curb metals (approx. 16 gauge) and wood treated supports with isolation pads. • Install manual fresh air hoods. • Install smoke detectors as needed. • Install new thermostats. • Reconnect supply air and return air duct with square and new canvas connections. • Reconnect power wiring and controls. • Connect gas line and pvc piping. • Seal ducts with mastic to protect from weather and water. • Start up units and test operation. • Clean up all mess. 3.
