On the Durango Drive side, there is approximately 781 linear feet. Gowan Rd is approximately 742 linear feet and includes a 32 foot double drive gate, and a 25 foot double drive gate. The YMCA/Clubhouse side is approximately 1,318 linear feet with two four-foot single swing gates and a 16 foot double drive rolling gate. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
