The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Historic Property Repair Services for a two (2) year period with three (3) additional option years period commencing on or about December 1, 2022, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The scope of services includes, but are not limited to: A. Masonry work including repointing, restoration and cleaning; B. Painting and paint/graffiti removal on delicate surfaces C. Concrete work including sidewalks/ramps D. Steel casement window repair E. Window boarding F. Wood shingle roofing G. Wood window repair H. Wood flooring I. Historic lighting J. Plaster Pulling K. Wood door & door frame repair L. Antique hardware & locks M. Interior Pressed Metal Ceilings Repair N. Adobe Repair O.
