Renovation of a laboratory facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requires construction services to replace five (5) existing Air Handling Units at their laboratory in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The work also includes the replacement of the Computer Room Air Conditioning unit, VAV terminal units, and associated control/electrical components in the Admin area. The Penthouse and Interstitial Level Ventilation is also being upgraded. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 88 weeks of Award Notification. The following is the complete list of invite firms who pre-qualified for this tender: 1. A.J. Murphy Plumbing Heating & Ventilation Ltd. 2. Ainsworth Inc. 3. Atlantica Mechanical Contractors Inc. 4. Bird Mechanical Ltd. 5. Black & McDonald 6. CC MacDonald Limited 7. Gil-Son Construction Limited 8. Siemens Canada.
