For this RFP, NSCC invites Proponents to provide Proposals (RFP) responses for Building Automation Services for the NSCC Akerley Student Housing with the following objectives: - Provide a fully functional BAS system in accordance with these tender documents - Ensure the BAS system addresses the facility/space/program needs for the continued NSCC growth in student capacity in an efficient and cost-effective manner - Ensure the BAS system maximizes NSCC Facilities utilization of the space - Ensure the BAS system is constructed with an environmentally conscious focus - Ensure the BAS system operates in an energy efficient manner using current technology The Nova Scotia Community College and Province of Nova Scotia are committed to sustainability in its facilities and strive to reduce the environmental impacts of its operations.
